Welcome back to the latest episode of the Uncommon Leader Podcast.  In this episode, I have a great conversation with my former trainer, Margaux Bellinger.  Margaux was one of the primary drivers behind my recent health transformation where I was able to lose 80 pounds and have kept it off for almost 3 years now!  Her ways of motivating were effective (sometimes, borderline Evil! haha) at taking me to a place I would not have gone on my own.

Margaux's personal story that led her to pursue a career in health and fitness is both tragic and inspiring.  We have fun talking about her training process and I get her viewpoints on some of the latest trends in fitness and health including what she thinks of Pelotons, cheat meals, and burpees... AND, how she REALLY feels when someone tells her they don't have time for exercise!
