Hey Uncommon leaders, welcome back!. So, I have had lots of great guests and some of the ones I have had the most fun with are with my family members. This one is no different as I interview my oldest son, Brendan Gallagher
Brendan is a 2020 graduate of Liberty University He was part of Liberty’s Division 1 Competition and Sideline Cheer team from 2017-2019. Liberty Cheer placed 7th Nationally and top 10 for the first time in school history at the 2019 UCA championships at Disneyworld. Brendan was also selected to be sideline cheer for the Liberty football team’s first FBS bowl victory, The Cure Bowl, in Orlando 2019. Prior to his time at Liberty, Brendan attended James Madison University as well and was a member of the school’s rugby team. Fitness and sports have been a big part of his life since middle school and he is now getting to work in his area of passion and strength as an athletic trainer in Lynchburg, VA. I think you’re going to love some of his insights with regards to challenges we all face when getting started on a fitness journey and how to overcome those challenges as well as some of his own challenges he has had to overcome to get where he is today.
