Hey Uncommon leaders, welcome back!.   For this episode, I have flipped the script completely.  I have asked one of my fantastic friends and my coach, Raymond Gleason, to GUEST HOST the show and interview ME so that the listeners of the Uncommon Leader Podcast get to know a little more about me and the journey that led me to starting Growing Champions.  

As you might guess, Raymond knows me pretty well, so not only am I fielding some questions that only he knows to ask as a great coach, I also share some things that I have probably not shared before publicly.  

In a fast 30 minutes, no question was off the table:  

• What causes me the most fear and why?
• How am I mis-perceived?
• What’s the one thing I have had to let go of as a coach?
• Who is my ideal coaching client? You might be surprised!

He also asks some fun things like:

• What have I learned about my boys that has surprised me? And
