Hey Uncommon leaders, welcome back!  Today my guest for season 2 Episode 18 is Lien Randle.  Lien is the Senior Director, Continuous Improvement, for Mitsubishi Electric, US and she is headquartered  in Cypress, CA.

Lien’s story is inspiring.  Listen in and you will get to hear how she grew up the daughter of a Korean War US Air Force Pilot and a Vietnamese mother who both taught here that there wasn’t anything she couldn’t do.  Lien’s career has been full of challenging opportunities in operations and senior level roles and she talks about how when she sees an opportunity for improvement, a better way, she attacked it!
